We offer several ways in which we can help you, whilst still giving you an income from the property.

Co Living – Tenants
Are you thinking of having your own home, however not quite ready to make the committment of a whole house?
Perhaps you want the company of other people in a house where you have shared space as well as your own space?
Are you downsizing and want the comfort of knowing that all utility bills are covered?
Does your job mean that you need to work away from home, but you dont want to stay in a hotel?
We can help you with these challenges through our Co Living opportunities.
For a fixed monthly cost, you would have a bedroom (some ensuite) of your own, have access to communal areas such as the kitchen, dining room/louge, whilst knowing that all your utility bills (gas, electric, water, wifi) are included in the price.
NB. where our properties do not have ensuite facilities, you would have use of a shared bathroom.
